Face Time
Once you reach out, we’ll respond quickly. You’ll get a message from Kayla Demopoulos, our Project Manager, and/or Beth Soderberg, our Founder + CEO, to set up some face time.
During our introductory call, you’ll meet the Bethink Hive Mind. We’ll walk you through how we work, hear from you about your project and your needs, and work together to clarify your ideas and priorities. We’ll also talk budget and any efficiencies we can create to work within your budget.
Partnership Assessment
Our introductory call is not a sales call. It is a way for us to make an honest assessment of your project and whether it’s a fit for our capacity and aligned with the type of work we do best.
If we feel it isn’t a fit, we’ll make recommendations to guide you in a better direction for the services you need; if it is a fit, and we do move forward together, it becomes the first in a chain of open communication between us—because that’s how we do business.
Project Proposal
If we come away from a call deciding that it’s a fit, we’ll prepare a proposal for you. The proposal will outline the services we can provide, what we’ll need from you to get the project across the finish line at various stages, and a project timeline for the work.
